This guy has helped me more than I can ever help him, helped me find joy in running again and connected me with my now wife lol. So to have the opportunity to help him pace for his virtual London Marathon was the least I can do. I ran 70.5 laps while Jay的跑步筆記ran 105.5 laps around the track lol incredible congrats Jay!
